9–10 Months Before: Building Your Wedding Team
Now it’s time to assemble your crew! This is the time to arrange a florist, your entertainment, and all other wedding-related vendors. Our dedicated wedding specialists will help you bring your vision to life, connecting you with top-tier wedding photographers and videographers and planning your menu with our exclusive gourmet caterer, Puff ‘n Stuff.
From vendor coordination to floor plans, our day-of coordinator is there to ensure your big day runs as smoothly as the perfect lap, so you can mark all those tasks on your wedding arrangements checklist as “done” and stay focused on the fun things (like cake tastings and playlist debates).
6–8 Months Before: Designing Your Celebration
With 6 short months to go, it’s all about the details! What kind of ceremony style are you dreaming of? Trackside and thrilling? Or elevated with sweeping views? No matter the choice, we’ll help you design the perfect layout.
From there, the rest is yours to play with: florals, décor, entertainment, and everything else that brings the day together. 1-2 Months Before: Final Preparations and Guest Experience
It’s getting close to the big day now, so the next thing on your wedding checklist is to double-check the booking times and arrivals with your vendors.
