The Motor Enclave is a 4.8 acre Private Garage Community in Sarasota that includes a secure community of 59 luxury private garages. The Motor Enclave is a place where owners get to enjoy their passions in a private community of like-minded enthusiasts. The property is located 7045 North Tamiami Trail just North of Sarasota International Airport less than 15 minutes from the Downtown City Core.

The central element of The Motor Enclave Sarasota is our community of secure Private Garages located within a campus of five buildings on immaculate grounds. Private Garages are flexible personal storage and entertainment space with the privilege of ownership. The garage units come in a variety of sizes ranging from 796 to 3,336 sf and can be combined to form units of any size up to approximately 25,000 sf. All Private Garages will be part of The Motor Enclave Sarasota Community Association which will oversee the common area elements. When fully developed, the project can accommodate 100+ individual Private Garages. Phase 1 is anticipated to include 59 units, including:

  • The Estates – These three (3) exclusive units come standard with partial second floors and balconies. Two of them have private covered outdoor entrances perfect for shaded parking and vehicle washing. Each Estate unit is approximately 3,200 SF and has room for 12-15 vehicles.
  • Patio Units – These six (6) units (Units 101 and 401-405) include private ground floor outdoor patios. Patio units range from 1,697 to 936 SF and can comfortably hold 6-12 vehicles.
  • Balcony Units – These eight (8) units have second floor outdoor balconies constructed with premium finishes and range from 937 to 3,170 SF and can accommodate 5-10 vehicles each.

An additional 33 Private Garages ranging in size from 935 to 1,697 SF, each with capacity for 5-12 vehicles.

All Private Garages include solid concrete hurricane rated tilt-wall construction, finished/painted drywall, 6″ concrete floors, insulated overhead garage doors, dedicated electrical service, basic lighting packages, plumbing stubs and self-contained HVAC units. Upgrades can include individual natural gas powered backup generators, mezzanines/lofts, bathrooms, and special flooring finishes. Owners will have unlimited opportunities and design flexibility to create their own dream spaces with concierge access to a robust list of trusted preferred partners.
