The Motor Enclave Sarasota is a 4.8 acre Private Garage development that includes a secure community of 57 luxury Private Garages. The Motor Enclave is a place where owners get to enjoy their passions in a private community of like-minded enthusiasts. The property is located at 7045 North Tamiami Trail just North of Sarasota International Airport less than 15 minutes from the Downtown City Core.

THE PRIVATE GARAGE COMMUNITY

The central element of The Motor Enclave Sarasota is our community of secure Private Garages located within a campus of six buildings on immaculate grounds. Private Garages are flexible personal storage and entertainment space with the privilege of ownership. The garage units come in a variety of sizes ranging from 937 to 3,333 sf and can be combined to form units of any size up to approximately 20,000 sf. All Private Garages will be part of The Motor Enclave Sarasota Community Association which will oversee the common area elements.

The project is anticipated to include 57 units, including:

• The Estates – These three (3) exclusive units come standard with partial second floors and balconies. Two of them have private covered outdoor entrances perfect for shaded parking and vehicle washing. Each Estate unit is approximately 3,200 SF and has room for 12-15 vehicles.
• Terrace End Units – These five (5) premiere end units include private ground floor outdoor terraces. Terrace units range from 937 to 1,696 SF and can comfortably hold 6-12 vehicles.
• Balcony Units – These eight (8) units have second floor outdoor balconies constructed with premium finishes and range from 937 to 3,170 SF and can accommodate 5-10 vehicles each.
• An additional 41 Private Garages ranging in size from 937 – 1,696 SF, each with capacity for 5 to 12 vehicles.

All Private Garages include solid concrete hurricane rated tilt-wall construction, finished/painted drywall, 6” concrete floors, insulated overhead garage doors, dedicated electrical service, basic lighting packages, plumbing stubs, self-contained HVAC units and individual natural gas powered backup generators. Upgrades can include, but shall not be limited to mezzanines/lofts, bathrooms, and special flooring finishes. Owners will have unlimited opportunities and design flexibility to create their own dream spaces with concierge access to a robust list of trusted preferred partners.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS – THE MOTOR ENCLAVE TAMPA

Purchasers of units at The Motor Enclave Sarasota will have the opportunity to join the Enclave Motorsports Club and enjoy the Enclave’s 1.72-mile performance driving circuit designed by Hermann Tilke of Formula 1 fame, a 2-acre vehicle dynamics pad and a 100+ acre off-road experience, all less than one hour away from the Sarasota property. Additionally, all Enclave Sarasota owners will have access to the amenities and programing offered at the Tampa property, as well as TME on Tour trips around the world.
